Spain / Greece
Hi,
I am considering spain as an option for our honeymoon in the last week of February, 2003.
We do NOT want to visit either if it is going to be below 60 degrees farenheit in the day. We want to be able to walk around, eat, shop etc. not be bundled up and experience darkness at 4pm onwards.
Has anyone visited Spain at that time or Greece?...Any recommendations where I should visit, i.e. Spain or Greece, or none?.
We are looking to spend our honeymoon visiting nice local sights, local shopping, enjoy musical shows, dance, basically enjoy the local culture. We are big city people and are not looking for big cities with only large chain shopping and dining.
Thanks

Both Greece and Spain are usually in the 50s in February. For warmth in February you pretty much need to look to Hawaii, the Caribbean or south of the equator.

Spain's a big place. You might place a note over at www.madridman.com to see what locals have to say. The southern coast could offer what you're looking for.
