Where are C/D class sales posted?

There are a number of holiday C/D fares available. There are a number of topics posted on individual boards, but no central clearing site.

Unexpected examples UA IAD-CDG for about $1250 over thanksgiving.

VS on a CO codeshare only IAD-LHR $1350 over New Year.

LH has a bunch of them US to europe for $12-1300 over Thanksgiving, and I have not seen that posted even on the LH board.

You seemed to have answered your question. CO started this nice revolution and many other airlines copied (so what else is new) the F/C or B/C deep discounting. It is a changing on/off thingee with the individual carriers and mostly USA to Europe I believe. Check your fav airline for details.

The problem is that at least 16 carriers fly IAD-Europe. Checking all those forums would take a long time.

I never check the CO board, last flew them as Eastern and have an Eastern FF number, but I am taking them IAD-LHR on VS metal in Upper Class for about $1350 RT.

I know DL,US,UA,VS,CO,LH, AF,& BMI are having Business class sales(east coast to europe for under $1500), all in strange time frame windows. Some of these have never been posted. Some are very hard to find as the individual board posters refer to them by code letters I am not familiar with(UC, Z, BF, D, etc.)

Try this. Go to www.orbitz.com and use the "full search" option. Plug in your desired dates and airports. Buy from them or your fav airline or whatever.

Again this is a very very fluid fast-changing market, ie my nice confirmed B/F $1300 fare now goes for $7741.

I can't find a "full search" option on Orbitz. only the
second tab on the top stuff, next to the home tab. Is there a better search?

Bestfares.com had a good list of international business class fares. After checking their list, one knows what to look for.

Just a word of warning that these fares do not get loaded into Orbitz in a timely fashion. I bought a ticket to BKK on NW 1 1/2 weeks back. On the day I purchased the ticket (the fare had been on sale for almost a week at that time), Orbitz was still not showing the fare though it did yesterday.

(1) go to www.orbitz.com

(2) click on "flights"

(3) type in: from, to, dates and choose "business" under cabin

(4) ditto for www.travelocity.com etc)
