I hope you mean "bumped", not "dumped"!

While it is convenient when you need to go to downtown DC, it is anything but convenient when you need to go to IAD.

LH often promotes the PHL flights (with bonus miles) - so I don't think this flight segment is too popular = crowded in average. But ... didn't you just mention, that you can't 'afford' to go 'stand-by' on a employee-fare 10%-fare? But at the same time you want to get bumped (for the miles or $$$)?

Here's the word directly from Worldspan:

KEC*IAD-UA-D/I D/I
STANDARD: IAD 045
UA-UA ONLINE IAD 035

This could be UR itin:

5#UA1745 PHL-IAD 800P 900P 2 319 0
6#UA 978 IAD-FRA 935P1130A#1 777 DD0

The minimum connecting time is 35 minutes. The second flt is a LH codeshare actually operated by UA. This is a legal cxn. Depends on how it's booked - see nilsman above.

Is Worldspan publicly accessible?

It looks like one has to subscribe.

Where else can one find minimum connecting times besides Worldspan or a carrier's inhouse computer reservations system?
