That's interesting.
I interviewed a mid size company CEO who travels a lot on international business.
She surprised me when she said that learning a new language isn't important in today's world.
But, I think the expat experience could really help when small businesses take their first step into a global market. They would probably want someone who they could relate to easily, but also knows how business is done overseas.
