Reciprocal e-tickets

Because of delays in getting a paper ticket when a flight is cancelled, reciprocal e-ticket arrangements are important. Anyone know who has what? DL is supposed to be lagging, but will have reciprocal agreements with UA 8/16.

I know CO has e-ticket arrangements with NW and UA.

On a slightly different topic, this type of question requires a road warrier audience to reply. FT Miles has that audience but FT Travel tends not to. Isn't that a good reason to move OMNI back or have some sort of misc. category under FT Miles?
