While looking for a hotel for the Chicago do, I saw a note on the Priceline.com website saying one must be 21 to check into a Priceline hotel, which I am not. However, I did not find this note on the Priceline.co.uk site. Does this mean that I can book a hotel via the UK site and be fine? Does anybody have any experiences in this?

Appreciate your help.

i am sure it is because in europe 18 is considered adulthood. As for this rule i think it is crap. Orbitz and the other sites didn't have this stupid rule. Ah well I am over 21 so I guess it does not matter. I would say call the hotel and ask why you need to be over 21 if they have no clue then just book it

Sounds promising Pacha. Did they ever check your age? Did you book over the US site?

I had quite a few priceline stays before I turned 21 a few years ago. Never had a problem checking in.

I've never used any guess your price and accomodation sites, but my friends did plenty of times when we were under 21.

I wouldn't suggest you try it in Vegas, because on a busy night they're usually more interested in getting gamblers to the hotel than getting people to pay $29/night.

AIROLI,
I always booked on the US site, and I always show my ID, upon check-in, but still no problems....

Back in the good old days when I was under 21, I used Priceline for hotels with no problem. I would just be careful with Vegas.
