Is there a list of MULTI-AIRPORT codes?
I'm specifically looking for one for Houston that will cover both Hobby (HOU) and Intercontinental (IAH).
Other questions: Does WAS cover BWI also? or just IAD and DCA?
I know:
CHI=ORD and MDW
NYC=LGA and JFK and EWR
LON=Heathrow and Gatwick (and maybe others?)
Is there one for Los Angeles? What about South Florida?
