Question on shopping in Milan...
I know that lots of places close around 1-3pm. Does that apply to all the shops? How about the major shops like Prada or Gucci?

across from it, where I bought some incredible raw silk ties. I think it does have a few big name shops. This ofcourse is
Spring 2000 info.

Was there during the last week of April of this year (2001). All of the major shops were open during the afternoon hours. Many do close early on Saturday, remain closed until Monday afternoon.
