TLC Top 10 Structures

Saw this repeat show a couple a days ago. Even though this might not be specific to "travel" indirectly i think it is cause people travel from all over to see them.

#10- Golden Gate Bridge
#9- Macchu Pichu
#8- Siberian Railway
#7- Mt. Rushmore
#6- Taj Mahal
#5- Sydney Opera House
#4- Panama Canal
#3- Angkor Wat
#2- Pyramids in Egypt
#1- Great Wall

any comments? how many have you ft'ers visited? sadly, i have done none of them

Seven.

IMHO, if #6 were situated in a world-class city, and not amid the contrasting squalor of Agra, it would not be on the list. I do appreciate your not listing those tower things in the two P-cities. What I have been most impressed by were #2 and #3. #1 is significant in its length and overall mass, but the unreconstructed parts that I have seen were not all that stunning.
