Getting to Cashman Field in LAS

I rarely rent a car in LAS, but I want to go to a baseball game at Cashman field.

Does anyone know if the bus runs to the Ballpark?

I emailed the team this morning and have not heard back yet, so I figured I'd ask the boardmembers!

Try CAT (Citizens Area Transit), the public bus service at http://www.rtc.co.clark.nv.us/cat/cat.htm

(did I just make 100? Doc, I'm right behind you!)

Hey there, as a LOCAL living in Vegas; dont take the bus to the ballpark. Almost every route, will take you thru a bad neighborhood. Get in a taxi. Also, I recommend sitting in the $8.00 seats behind home plate, that have the misters and ceiling fans. Even at 7-10PM, the temp. will still be 100 degrees. If you want some company, send me an email.

Gee, if you go for a cab, you may as well get a car for 24 hours. I typically get one for $20.00 or less, tax and all, through Travelocity/Yahoo Travel. All the hotels & casinos have free parking, but I don't know about the ball field.

If you get the car, drive out Blue Diamond road and drive through the Red Rock's National Monument!

I second J379pa, budget usually has their Ford Ranger for $19.99/day. I also recommend Red Rock Canyon. Make sure to do it in the morning, as it heats up pretty quickly out there.

Maybe you could hook up with VEGAS GUY and let him chauffer you around?
