Australia's Sydney Airport, has been voted 'best in class' for 2000 by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for airports serving 15-25m passengers per year.
Sydney Airport was ranked 10th in the 1999 survey, Xinhua News Agency reported.
Changi Airport, Singapore and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Finland topped IATA's survey for overall customer satisfaction.
Singapore's Changi Airport has bagged two awards, for being the best airport worldwide and in the Asia Pacific region in the 'large airport' category.
