Talk about expensive phone calls from hotels!
During the Albright visit, international calls from Pyongyang's best hotel, the Koryo, were charged at $26 a minute. For the EU visit, that had dropped as low as $1.40 a minute - to China. Calls to the United States were $5.59 a minute.
