Help. Airport tips.

Help. I need to complete a survey today. What are your tips for making the airport experience better? What as a business traveller would you like to see improved in airports?

This is airports in general. Not a specific airport so, please no comment like JFK #$^$#.

Thanks!

"...for making the airport experience better..." [*]Knowledgeable Travellers Aids throughout the airport to answer numerous questions accurately and offer appropriate suggestions.[*]Membership in Airline Clubs.[*]Elite levels of Frequent Flyer programs to allow waiting in shorter lines at the ticket counters.[*]Adequate signage in and around the airport.[*]More fully staffed Security checkpoints for expediency.[*]Elimination of the luggage sizing templates at Security.[*]Additional Dataports [*]Wider moving walkways with clear instructions, "Walk On The Left, Stand On The Right."[*]Addition lockers with longer maximum rental periods.[*]Improved Parking.[*]Improved Car Rental pick-up and return.[*]Improved Intra-Airport transportation.

And last, but not least a pocket size standardized "Airport Survival Guide" for each airport covering "Everything you always wanted to know about XXX Airport" with all the frequently asked questions, as well.

Good luck on your survey auh2o and I hope to see you soon!

Another suggestion from auh2o girl, soon to be registered on FlyerTalk:

Automatic notification of a delayed flight to the person at the phone number of your choice, i.e. secretary, office manager, spouse, person meeting your plane, chauffeur, etc.

Airlines would set this up for you on their computers, if you're a frequent flyer. You
need the option to add or change the numbers called via computer. Changes to the telephone numbers(s) could be made just prior to boarding and would be input into the airline computer system. Whoops, on second thought, this might not work.
