There is a new Yale study that says melatonin
is useless for jet lag.

Story on Jet Lag was on ABC Friday Night.
Mentioned new hope for Jet Lag and mentioned that melatonin was good for helping sleep, not fighting jet lag, as did the Yahoo article.

That is of mild interest but, if you look closer, that product is like melatonin in that it only masks jet lag for a brief period anyway. In this study they only crossed three time zones. A real study on jet lag would require a minimum of 6 time zones.

I used to use melatonin but it has side effects. Now I use a homeopathic from New Zealand named No-Jet-Lag and I will not fly without it. I get it in NYC from my pharmacist.
