You can't "review" at http://www.expedia.com but they do provide you with an immediate (within a minute or so) answer to your request . . .

Welcome to the Board, yokemz! Check this thread ("Better than Priceline & Voumebuy both - You make the final decision!") started by doc some time ago: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum1/HTML/002300.html

I need a site that I can still name my price for a ticket and also choose whether it fits my schedule. The site referred to is for vacations and such or maybe I just wasn't doing something right. Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at:

From the description offered about Hotwire, it would seem that's what you're looking for, but unfortunately, the information provided is not accurate. Hotwire actually launched earlier this week and I've tested it extensively over the past few days. I've never received more than one match (and sometimes no matches), and the flight times were not displayed.
Interestingly, I have found absolutely no press on this launch, so I'm thinking it's actually a soft launch geared toward "friends and family" of those affiliated with Hotwire. It appears, however, that anyone can use it.
In my testing of Hotwire in comparing winning airfare bids through Priceline that were posted to the message board I host, in 100% of the cases, Priceline beat out Hotwire.
