help in finding website

I found a link to a website site on here earlier but can't seem to find it again. It was to a site that allowed you to put in a departing city (airport) and a maximum price you wanted to pay for a flight. It would then show a U.S. map and all the locations you could fly to for that price. I thought it was Expedia or Travelocity but I don't see that option on either site. Thanks in advance for your help!
