Complaints with Airlines?
If you have a grievance with a carrier and the airline is not responding to your concerns, drop the Department of Transporation (DOT) a line at [email protected], or visit the website at www.dot.gov/airconsumer
Another option is to visit www.passenger-rights.com to log a complaint. These complaints are then forwarded to the DOT.
