Jets undercarriage collapses

The undercarriage of a British jet with 120 pax aboard collapsed while the aircraft was taxiing for take-off. Thankfully no injuries. An investigation has been launched at the UK's Birmingham Airport.

The Jersey European Airlines plane, a BAe 146 regional jet, had passed over a protective steel plate as it headed for the take-off runway and the undercarriage simply collapsed. Pax were led from the aircraft and continued their journey on another plane three hours later.
