Reservation system that displays fare basis availability
Where can I find a reservation system (preferably on the web) that displays fare basis availability (e.g. F availability = 3, Y availability = 7, B availability = 3, V availability = 1, etc.)? EasySabre and ITN used to support this, but EasySabre is extinct, and ITN seems to have eliminated the "expert" mode that provided such information. Thanks for any help!

I was using ITN this morning, no problem with the "expert" mode.

Go to ITN traveler profile and change your display preferences to expert to get the booking code listings.
Now what I need to know is how you can find out if these booking codes are available and price them over the web. Can this be done? I can find out the prices for different codes on Travelocity and I can see the seats in different booking classes on ITN, but can I price out a code and make a reservation in that code without a travel agent? It seems I can only get the lowest fare available, but I can't see the booking code or I can price Y class. Any help would be appreciated.

Fare basis availability apparently wasn't displaying for me on the ITN site because I wasn't properly logged in to the site. I was just being treated as a visitor, thus no "expert" mode. Since the demise of EasySabre, I haven't yet found a site that allows you to book a specific fare basis code.

. . . (sigh) the only site that allows it is my travel agent
but Air Canada's personal ticket office said that they would incorporate booking by fare class into their February release. You can book any airline using that software and it is quite powerful, allowing multi-segment trips (I have used up to 8) with ease.
I don't know who will be able to use that software but I am keeping my fingers crossed that it I will be able to book by fare class, not just see the fare classes that it booked me in.
