Nervous flyer...any help?
Does anyone have any tips for someone who gets very nervous before flying and can't sleep the night before?

I don't know that it is that severe. This is one of my employees and I just hate seeing her get flustered and nervous. Thanks for the tip though.

I don't usually get any sleep the night before either, but it's because I'm either packing or too excited about the trip to sleep....
If I had that problem, I would have missed 100+ nights of sleep this year (counting the return half of roundtrips), ouch.
