Nervous flyer...any help?

Does anyone have any tips for someone who gets very nervous before flying and can't sleep the night before?

Any websites that anyone is familiar with?

They have schools that help people overcome the fear of flying - especially business travelers. And no, I am not joking.

I don't know that it is that severe. This is one of my employees and I just hate seeing her get flustered and nervous. Thanks for the tip though.

If it means anything, I don't usually get any sleep the night before either, but it's because I'm either packing or too excited about the trip to sleep....

There is a site about learning to fly comfortably for nervous flyers. It is www.anxieties.com/7Flying/summary.htm .

For very frequent flyers, that sure would suck. If I had that problem, I would have missed 100+ nights of sleep this year (counting the return half of roundtrips), ouch.
