Paws down for ClickRewards

I think ClickRewards is expanding too fast!!

Made two purchases (THROUGH THE CLICKREWARDS WEBSITE THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO ASK)

1.One was for Sparks that promised a 100 pt bonus for first purchase, plus one point for each $1 in purchase. Purchase made: 10-31, NO CLICKREWARDS
2. Purchase Tylenol for PlanetRX.com. I think 250 points for first purchase plus one point for each $1 purchase.

Added together, there's almost 500 points due me.

Have sent e-mails (the "I'm missing points" forms and a personal e-mail) about a week ago. No response yet except the standard "We thank you for shopping here and we're looking into it."

very disapponted so that's why ClickRewards is getting PAWS DOWN.

I'm giving them a third chance: purchase cat food at Petshop.com. Due 350 point bonus plus one point per dollar (about 15 points.)

If these points don't post, Click might get a big HAIRBALL from me!

Has anyone else had problems with ClickRewards lately.

FYI: My POints is late with some postings, I can understand Marvella's frustration!

I think that this is one big problem area for some of these online programs. I also did not receive some of my Clickreward points last year, but they credited me when I wrote to them. Also a few days ago, out of the blue I got an email from them saying that on my request they are closing my account. I replied to them, saying that I made no such request. They then wrote back to me saying that they had made an error and my account is not closed, and that they are adding 100 points to my account.

Warning: the following message is OMNI!!

Catman -- the reason you didn't get clickrewards for "catfood" purchases is that cats shouldn't eat "catfood" but rather raw meaty bones.

"Catfood" has only been in existence for 40 years, but cats have been surviving for thousands/millions of years eating mice etc. Good diet for cats consists of raw chicken bones (wings, necks) supplemented with raw meat/veggies. "Catfood" contains corn, wheat, etc. which cats shouldn't eat.

(the Netcentives people know this well and therefore do not actually remunerate such purchases...it is a "catfood" conspiracy)

Of as I said to my 9 year old daughter "In our house, I'd rather have cats and bats than rats and gnats."

--richard (always proselytizing for people to feed their pets better. sorry for the sermon.)

I just made the order for cat food from Petshop.com on Friday. I'll give it 10 days, see what happens.

And I ordered a lot of childrens and baby clothes for friends from THE GAP website through ClickRewards. (OMNI #1: with that, I'm 95 percent done with Christmas shopping!

SO I'll see how long these points take to post.

OMNI #2 for Richard: if my cats had their way, they would live on chicken and turkey and Virginia ham. They respond better to that than some of the varieties of Cat Food I put out.

But I think cat food contains certain nutrients they can't get in human food (which vets say they should only be given in very very small amounts.

But I loved your post! FOUR PAWS UP (and howls for the Virginia Ham sandwich I'm eating from Eddie & Yaz!)

Well, some of the ClickRewards postings are coming up...

The Gap: My purchase total plus 100 bonus points.
Sparks (one of the missing purchases 100 pts.

Still to post:

*The 250+ from PlanetRx.com
*the 350+ from Petstore.com

SO I'll wait a week and see if the rest post!

ClickRewards may not be perfect, but they are worlds ahead of MyPoints! The one or two problems I have had with ClickRewards have been promptly corrected after e-mailing them. They even gave me some bonus miles for my troubles. This is good customer service. Wish I could say the same for MyPoints.

I've also been having increasing problems with Freeride the last few months in that hardly any of the free downloads, tryouts etc. that give from 10 -100 pts have yielded any points. I don't follow all that closely, though I should, but upon reviewing the wallet history, it's astouding that hardly anything has posted from these.

Regarding mypoints, I've never been able to follow what's going on very well because they list everything together in a group like 2990 pts for the week of...or whatever! Did the 100 pts post? You can tell perhaps but anything under 100! It's been nearly hopeless for me. Perhaps they do it on purpose to make accounting difficult.

But ClickRewards never sent an e-mail sayinig "sorry about the inconvenience."

that's ok.

I guess I've been good this year in Santa CLAWS EYES!
