The Beneficial Effects of Travel
I had to post one of the conclusions of this poster research presented at the Travel Medicine conference I'm at right now... I think most of us knew this already.
Travel has a positive effect more often than a negative one on our well-being. The effect is most beneficial during the journey and 15 days after the return home, after the <<shock of coming back>> has worn off. By: M.
