search the starwood site. WEBS2 is supposed to do something, but I found that keeping the code space blank gets the best prices.
Starwood does not do much discounting at the NY hotels, as they stay pretty full at full price.
Best prices and deals are probably at the Weehawken NJ Sheraton, which is very convenient with the ferry and the ferry busses.
