In-flight Wi-Fi (Boingo)
I never received any notification, but despite the misleading messaging, Boingo is no longer offering in-flight Wi-Fi with airlines. They explained that this decision was made solely by Mastercard.
As a result, your existing Boingo account, which was tied to the perk offered by your credit card, has been cancelled. Boingo now requires current users to sign up again and pay a subscription fee. When I reached out to Boingo, they confirmed that they no longer provide in-flight Wi-Fi. Users must purchase the service directly with the airline.
