Highest limit 'stored value cards'
In many countries there are cards that are acting as 'stored value cards'. Most of such cards are used for paying transit fare, but in some countries they can be used for payment option for non-transit as well. In Japan for example you can use Suica card as a payment method at convenience stores and Singapore Nets FlashPay transit card can be used to pay at 7-11 and at some kiosks for certain bills (like you can pay income tax with stored value card).
What is the highest limit holding stored value card you've encountered? I know that Suica can hold max JPY 20K and Nets FlashPay - SGD $500.
