Flying with drones

Hi, I'm flying PER-MUC with Emirates and then MUC-SBZ with Lufthansa. I'm trying to figure out what to do with my drone (Mavic 2P) as flying (even transit) through UAE with drones is always a bit problematic (especially after what happened recently).
The Guidelines for Emirates are to put the drone in the checked baggage and "secure the battery within the drone". Now the Mavic has removable batteries, can I leave one inside the drone and take the rest with me in the cabin baggage? What about the remote, which has a non-removable battery? I'm a bit confused and don't want my equipment seized.
I couldn't find any guidelines with Lufthansa but I assume they don't want any batteries in checked baggage, even tho the drone uses LiPo instead of Li-Ion
Thanks for any advice
