Will UA and COPA survive?
Any educatated guesses on whether UA and COPA will make it through 2021? I have unused flights from CTG-SFO which were cancelled in early April 2020.
UA convoluted refund policy has 30 May 2020 deadline for rebooking BUT obviously their res website shows no S. american flights in 2021 yet!

There are already any number of threads posing the same question and hopefully this one will be merged with one of them.
The response, as it is in the other threads is that UA, just like AA & DL, will go through a rough patch and survive. If, by chance, any of the three legacies to face insolvency, the US government will bail out any or all (again).
The flight change policy won't matter to investors.
COPA is another issue, but not remotely in the same league.
