Am I the only one who would go at this from the other end? (The book end instead of the hotel end.)
It's obviously a niche guide to something in Scotland. Physical copies of it, new or used, are likely to be...in Scotland. Since the behemoth in Seattle isn't going to be much (personal) help here, maybe phone a local bookseller in Edinburgh? They would have no trouble taking a payment and sending it to the hotel. Or just setting it aside for you to pay for in person...
