I always ask for extra pillows, always. If there are three I will ask for four extra pillows.

That is how I sleep, and it doesn't matter which country or continent. I don't believe I have ever been turned down.

Just curious: do you need a mattress if you always sleep with (on?) seven pillows?

I prefer 0 pillows myself, but I usually get 4. In crappy HIExs I sometimes get 2, but 3 is definitely odd
