Airlines' window shade POLICIES and/or FA tendencies

I recognize that this topic has been discussed on this forum. But I think it useful to consolidate what is known specifically about airlines' policies, or their FA tendencies, on pax use of window shades. Please respond if you have info on the following, and please limit comments to the two questions below - not your views about this issue (viewpoints on this issue have been discussed in other threads on this forum).
1) By airline, which ones "require" all manual shades to be down (closed) for most of the flight, and which ones strongly suggest all shades be down?
2) For B787s and the electronically dimmable windows, by airline, on which ones do FAs override pax control over the level of tint - to enforce only the darkest tint level for all windows for most of the flight, and on which airlines do FAs partially override pax control to allow pax to select only a very small transmission range from darkest tint to slightly less dark?
It appears that the trend is for airlines to enforce or strongly suggest all windows either be blocked by manual shades or set to maximum darkness on a B787, throughout most of the flight. Thank you in advance for sharing what you know to be true.
