Is this a record? (terminal number synchronicity)
I was checking my flights for my upcoming trip to PHX and found the following:
Leave ORK T1 (ok, technically, there's only 1 terminal in ORK, but still counts)
Arrive LHR T2
Leave LHR T3
Arrive PHX T4
There's a pleasing synchronicity to that (and the mirrored reverse journey), and I assume I'm the first to ever have this sort of experience
. Can anyone do better? I'd quite like to get a journey where it's all the same terminal.

If it's purely random, the it would happen about 1.3% of the time, or 1 of 75 trips. With 75M pax per year through LHR, I suspect it's happened a few times.
