Airline Selection Dissertation Survey Completion Request
Hello, I am an MSc International Marketing student at the University of Birmingham, UK. I require responses for my dissertation survey on airline travel. If you have taken a flight in the past 12 months please can you complete this survey. It only takes 5-8 minutes and would be great help. Its best taken on a laptop/computer i.e. not a smartphone. Thank you very much https://bham.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_bNG2qyxRWwv1Pw1

I completed your survey. I noticed that several of the questions have answers worded assuming I live in the UK. I live in the US. If you want only UK-based travelers the study should say so.
Good luck with your studies!

I filled it out too. Aside from its UK orientation, there are a few other problems:
1. There is no such thing as an alliance (oneWorld, etc.) frequent flyer program. There are frequent flyer programs of airlines that are alliance members. Not the same thing
2. "Do you have lounge access? Yes/no" is too simple. I have lounge access when traveling outside the U.S. on airlines that are members of oneWorld or SkyTeam, but not otherwise.
3. In question 17, it is possible for someone to have fewer than three preferred airlines - but the form won't proceed unless you fill in three.
