Flight Path Question

Flight Path Question
Does anyone know what a flight path such as this means? This flight took off only a few minutes late but is arriving almost four hours late. The flight is AI 144. Currently en route (March 14 departure).

Second flight path looks fine to me, looks like it's normal route and flightradar has it estimated at 11:58 UTC time for arrival, which is only 8 minutes late(flightaware has timing problems with some routes).
The first one is just a glitch with the tracking, happens from time to time.
