Cheap lounge access

Saw this recently on Groupon and seemed like a good deal. If anyone is in need of cheap lounge access during the holidays:

Not sure if it's nationwide or only targeted to San Jose. Basically you'll get $45 worth of access for $20. Not a whole lot of coverage, but seems to have a bunch of the major airports.
