Getting Pilot Information
Hello All,
This is my first time posting here in flyertalk so please disregard any blatant posting rule violations.
What I am trying to understand is if there is an efficient way to get the aircraft crew information for the flight I am travelling in ? Is that prohibited information that cannot be obtained ?
Any inputs would be appreciated !
Best,

An airline is likely to be very wary of someone trying to ferret out that information. They will immediately wonder why you are so interested.

Most pilots will announce their name, and the names of the rest of the crew, during the welcoming announcement. JAL even has the names of the flight crew and lead cabin crew member posted in the galley. It's no state secret, but not published ahead of time to the public.

Emaad S, welcome to FlyerTalk!
Help us help you. What "crew information" are you seeking to learn? If it's names of crew, not only is it considered confidential by airlines, but it may change up to departure time due to substitutions caused by many reasons: illness, misconnects, family emergency, aircraft substitution, etc. If it's numbers of crew on a typical flight, that would be fairly easy to learn from the community if you provide the flight segment/carrier name/equipment type. Forget it. I don't even like hearing that people are looking for that information.
