Wearing a compression top to avoid backache?

I was wondering if anyone had tried wearing a compression top like skins to help with backache on a longhaul economy flight?

I doubt that would do anything for your back really. Given the tendency for DVT, etc, you might want to talk to a doctor about that. It could potentially push more blood into your extremities.

Ok thanks! I'll just take some ibuprofen gel with me and Wear something baggy.
