Stop Over Options

I am considering the following three options for my flight to HKG

Etihad via Abu Dhabi
Qatar via Doha
Emirates via Dubai

I will be travelling economy so no complimentary lounge access.

All three options have a 4 to 5 hour layover.

My question is, of the above layover airports which is the best to spend 4 hours in

I know this is subjective but i am just after general opinions

Go to Doha and you're implicitly endorsing slavery.

Dubai has a big airport with lots of shopping but with internet being filtered because you're in a country run by religious extremists. Abu Dhabi I've never been, but it's likely the same.
