I thought it would be interesting to make a list of all airlines that offer a true, long-haul First class. Please add or remove any airlines, as needed. I think it makes sense to not inculde American carriers who call their short-haul premium cabin 'First'. Sorry Alaska, Delta, Hawaiian and Sun Country.

This may provide the answer, but as it is from Wikipedia I wouldn't guarantee its accuracy

They market it as "Delta One", but when you book on their web site, it is labeled as "Business". That's what Kayak shows also.

EgyptAir (MS) does not have First Class anymore. The only aircraft with actual F seats is the one Airbus A340-200 and it's just a spare aircraft they use for when demand for a specific route is up for a few days, so it's not sold. I flew the F product in January (just asked a friend in MS to upgrade me from J) and it's the same food, same F/As, same lounge, just a nicer seat!

I thought it would be interesting to make a list of all airlines that offer a true, long-haul First class. Please let me know of any missing airlines, or if any of the ones listed don't actually have F. The grouping of the regions was a bit difficult, let me know if you think a different way is better.
Also as one other poster pointed out, I also am fairly certain that EgyptAir has discontinued F.

Compared to US carriers, yes. But it can not compare or compete at all with competitors like SQ and CX, but it's also shown in how cheap the TG F prices are. The only part of TG F that I like is the Bangkok lounge, although I wish they'd bring pack the putting green .
