Help/Suggestions for holiday

Hello,

My wife and I are planning to return to Maldives (in September).
Two years ago we did SIN/KUL and Maldives at the end.
Last year we did HKG/DXB.

Now we...well...I...would like to go to BKK and then Maldives but flights BKK-MLE are always with connection (MAS for example, of course via KUL, found at 180 Euro only).

Does it worth to stop in AUH for 3-nights or it is just too much?

We are leaving from HAM.

Thanks
Marco

3 nights in AUH would be about 2 nights too much for me.

But that's just me...I'd want to use those two nights at any of the other locations you've listed (either the Asian hub or Maldives...take your pick).

I did my connection to Male through Colombo, Sri Lanka. I enjoyed that. Three days would be about right.

Unless you're a Lord of the Rings/Hobbit enthusiast.....can't see the attraction of staying in AUH !

I think he's talking about Abu Dhabi and you're talking about Auckland which is an entirely different proposition.

Well, Abu Dhabi could be compared with Mordor so you weren't that far off.
