How much money does priority pass make?

I use it a lot i think 20 times this year(with the plat Amex card). How do they make money on me?

What matters if they make money in the year, not whether or not they make money on one single person. Same theory as running an all you can eat buffet...some people cost them a few bucks, but the majority don't.

They get paid by AmEx for your membership. They pay out a small sum to the lounge each time you use it. On average they come out ahead for the amount they take in from all the different memberships purchased versus the number of "free" visits redeemed. If they didn't they'd be out of business. And they've been doing this a long time now.
