I was in the American TSA security check point on Saturday morning, June 14th, around 5am and I left my laptop there. I can describe it so if you found it,
PLEASE contact me and let me know so I can pick it up. It's a very old laptop, pretty worthless to anyone else, but it has a lot of stuff on it that I hate to lose since I didn't back it up.
Thanks so much,
Jim

Hmmm, that's 10 days ago. BTW, welcome to FT.
Which airport /terminal & checkpoint for AA ? Typically, lost-n-found are turned over to the local airport authorities as they have a lost-n-found. Check the airport website for the phone # to call & ask. The odds of a FT member finding and keeping it are slim to none as I would most definitely turn it over directly, if possible, to airport authorities and not trust TSA. Good luck !

Welcome to FT!, HimmyJimmy
City / airport would be helpful.
100's laptops are left at TSA checkpoints daily, this is very common occurrence.
I would start here TSA Airport Lost & Found Contacts but given the elapsed time, I would have low expectations.

Sorry to deliver bad news but its most likley at the home of a TSA employee. You never know it could have been found by one of the few honest TSO's so try the search methods listed above.
