Not even sure I'd have the patience to do one of those seats...let alone an entire aircraft

Really impressive. I wonder how many man hours went into creating that.

Definitely amazing. Sadly, I presume this guy has no gf/bf.

Next he should do a Millennium Falcon.

That is a very impressive piece of work -- I can hardly clip a coupon neatly!

He was a Junior in High School in 2008. If he's retired already my hat off to him.

http://www.viralnova.com/manila-folder-model/

Here is another more detailed article about this guy and his model.

Seems it is 3-3-3 in economy as it is a mockup of Air India's 777.

And his youtube channel which to me screams FlyerTalker.

From the article:

Luca became so obsessed with this time-consuming project, he dropped out of his college classes to complete it.

Good use of time.

I don't know what he was going to college for, but in reality, he probably would have a better chance right now of going out and getting a job that pays a decent salary and has a better future than what many of today's grads have. He actually has something to show for his time.

I hope someone at Boeing hears of this and makes something of it. Would be great for both sides.

A free trip on Air India wouldn't be bad either. Good PR if they few to the West Coast but I don't think they do.

Not realistic.. The plane doesn't flip up from its side in the fashion shown in the model.

Nice model.. Of course the artist must be an FTer.
