Landing Low

I've stood under the planes landing at Sint Maarten, but this it right there with as low as you can go.

I found a longer clip with more info - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWetojC0ul0

As for the threshold - I don't think this is how it's supposed to be done.

the two nearest are from this landing. You can see he put the right side down first, not just before the threshold but before the displaced threshold markings, as well as kangaroo'ing it down the runway.

Ya know while fun to watch somehow standing in the flight path known for low landings while a plane comes in, in windy conditions just does not seem prudent to me. But some probably say the same about some of my knucklehead adventures.

Have stood around on three visits. Wonderful.

At one moment, going through those pichas,it felt as if the plane could hit the sign board in there
Damn scary i would say,if seeing that and then i would need to board a flight from there itself in a little time

Italians always like little bit of excitement in their lives don't they? Stems from the Ferrari's and Pagani's.
