CLC Lodging?

Has anyone ever heard of this card? https://www.clclodging.com/index.cfm

It appears you can save money at Holiday Inn and Radisson (along with some other lower end chains). They charge $4.95 per night added to the rate - but if they can actually get better rates than we can by booking, it might be worthwhile. Although I wonder if I lose my frequent traveler benefits (for example, will I receive my Club Carlson benefits if I book and pay via CLC). I imagine not.

Does anyone have any experience with their rates? Also, do they work outside the US? Most of my travel at Holiday Inn and Radisson is outside the US.

CLC Lodging?

I have this and use it often, It does save a lot of money but most times you will not get hotel points and the 4.95 fee per night fee
