Tax Refund Question
So, I have this dilemma...
I live permanently in the US and I'm going to visit Sweden and Poland.
I will be shopping a lot in Sweden, and not so much is Poland.
I will be traveling from Poland/EU from Cracow, and by all rules that I can find, that is where I'm supposed to get my (swedish) Global Blue forms stamped.
So far so good you think? Well according to the Global Blue homepage, they only accept local forms at Cracow airport....???? So how do I get a refund?
The next country on my list is Switzerland, but by then I have already left the EU.

You should still be able to get the customs stamp required from Polish customs upon your departure from Krakow, however you would then have to mail in the forms once you get home. Looking at the website, it looks like the "locally issued forms" restriction is for immediate cash refund only.
Otherwise, you may want to stop by a Global Blue office in Sweden to ask them. It looks like they can issue stamps at the office itself, if they are willing to do so.
From the Sweden page of the Global Blue website:
