On time percentages compared

Is there a site that shows the on time/delay percentages of each airline compared to each other, Airport by airport?

I have the impression that LGA->ORD in the afternoons has an atrociously high avg delay and a very high cancellation rate. This is anecdotal, but I have been doing this trip almost weekly since the beginning of the year, so I'd like to think I have some experience. Maybe data can help me decide if I'm with the best airline (if another is performing better!)

Fly EWR-CVG or EWR-DCA just once and then report back...makes LGA-ORD look like an early arrival.

Is LGA just generally a bad airport to fly out of?

You can remove "to fly out of", and you would be correct. LGA is a terrible and frankly sad airport as a UA flyer. Absent the convenience to midtown New York / the Midtown Tunnel, I would avoid it at all costs. I'm only there on random flights to DEN and to take the USAirways shuttles, and I'd like to keep it that way.

I live/used to live door to door 20 minutes away no traffic, 40 minutes with traffic. LGA is not that bad and most of the UA crew are top notch. It serves the hubs with minimal fuss. The UC could be airside though, then it would be cooking.

The crews are fine, accessibility is fine, no knocks on that, but the facilities are lacking. Terminal B, Concourse C for the early morning flights is a barren, desolate wasteland with no club, no food options until the Cibo Express opens, and minimal places to sit. It makes me long for EWR, which says something.
