Don't ever care. I'm used to Tokyo and Hong Kong floorspace, moreover when I'm sleeping I'm not aware of how many throw pillows the third chair has.

The rare time I've been upgraded is when I book online very late in the day and that particular room type is full. Huzzah, two notepads instead of one...

I'd rather get free parking than a room upgrade.

Every time I've received one, business or leisure.

There were a couple nice ones during our honeymoon, but the regular rooms we booked would have been just fine, too.
