Marriott timeshare
I own a Marriott timeshare and would like to sell it. Is there anyone who can give advice of how to do this best? Are there any platforms on the internet I can trust? Any ideas or experiences welcome.
PS: Through Marriott, i doesn't work....

You're probably not going to get many responses in a Frequent Flyer "product" forum, but good luck.
I have used Redweek.com or Craigslist to buy and sell timeshares in the past, but you need to be prepared to get a fraction of retail prices.
You can also look at www.tug2.net which is a timeshares user group for additional information.

Thanks a lot Sacfitz - at least one reply :-) I just didn't find a more suitable forum within flyertalk...
Aren't these sites more for selling individual weeks? I would like to "get rid" of the it completely as I'm just not using it enough

Lots of info there, the one thing you will find out is that there isn't a huge market for timeshares; and that some Marriott resports will exercise a ROFR so that any deal you make with a buyer might fall through, but at least Marriott would be taking it off your hands.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you is to NEVER pay an upfront fee to a company that promises to take the timeshare off your hand. You will have a better chance winning at 3-Card Monty than getting rid of your timeshare that way.
Good luck.
