SKYTRAX not reliable
Hello!
We hope this is the right Forum.
After few bad Experiences with flying LOT Polish airlines, we wrote 2 Reviews about our Experiences on SKYTRAX Airlinequality.
None of the Reviews had been published. We asked several Times why, but get no clear Answers.
Now, someone else tried to write again Review about LOT, but also it will be not published.
Answer from SKYTRAX: We do not publish bad Reviews anymore about LOT Polish Airlines (just good ones).
Ups - we can not believe it - does they get paid by LOT maybe?

I have heard that SKYTRAX is not a reliable source of reviews, and that their rating system may be tied to advertising.
Not sure if that is true, but I personally do not give any credit to what is on their website.
Flyertalk is a good source if you want "unbiased" reviews. Welcome to the site, by the way.
