Help required getting optimal seat pricing
Hi Everyone,
I am very new to this so please bear with me.
I recently had to fly Manchester UK to Logan on business via Amsterdam. I got to go business class and most of it on AA. It was a superb experience.
Now I am looking to take my Wife to the US for a surprise trip. She is a cuddly lady
and she refuses to fly because of perceived seat issues
To be fair, flying economy isn't a pleasant experience for her after having done 9 hours + in economy.
If I can get a couple of business class tickets it would make it perfect and the seat thing would no longer be an issue.
I realise Business class isn't cheap when your footing the bill
but I am looking to try and reduce the cost as much as possible.
I am looking to go late Feb 2013. I have tried Kayak and other aggregators, but cheapest I can find is 2635 return for both of us.
Is there anything I can do to bring the price down further ? Maybe ring the airline and ask, explaining the situation?
Any help is appreciated.

If you are flying Manchester to Boston In Business Class I don't think you are going to get much cheaper than 2635 for two people. Personally, I think that is a good deal. While calling the airline couldn't hurt, I would be shocked if they provided any sort of discount based on the description of your circumstances.
Have you considered purchasing 3 coach tickets? While you don't get the service with business class you will get the extra space, and probably cheaper.
